Do I need to make an appointment?
No, you can bring your clothes in at any time we’re open. 

Do my clothes need to be dry-cleaned?
No, but they must be clean, pressed, polished

Do you pay cash for clothes?
No.  We mail checks out on the 10th of each month for items sold the previous month

Can I pick up my check before it gets mailed out?
No

When are your big sales?
January & July .You can sign up to receive our sale mailers and be part of our monthly drawing. Every month a name is drawn and the winner is sent a $100 merchandise certificate redeemable at either two of our stores.

How do you get your merchandise?
From people who have lots of clothes and need a change.

Will you call to remind me to pick up my clothes?
No. Your pickup date will be at the bottom of your contract; you can call or send an email 7 days prior to your reclaim date to set a time to pickup your consignments.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ATM.

Do you pay cash for clothes?
No.
